Refund policy

We want you to order with confidence.  If for any reason after trying some masks you decide you don't like them, you may return them for a full refund of your purchase price within 15 days of receipt. 

Mask purchases are normally a final sale due to hygiene considerations, but we understand that with SAM Strapless and Loop Free Masks, you are trying something completely new today.  


To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased your SAMs directly from us here at Vena Galena Innovations Inc..  With the exception of the first box with a few masks removed for testing, your order must be in the same condition that you received. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@samfacemasks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Damages and Related Issues
 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if something doesn't seem right.   Whatever it is, we'll figure it out with you and get it fixed quickly.
